What we collect

When you register, the form asks for your full name, email address, phone number and date of birth. The date of birth is used only to confirm that you are at least 18; this is a requirement for registering.

When you create a payment order, we store the order code, the amount and the time of that order.

When you accept the Disclaimer, we store which version of the text you read and when you accepted it, as evidence of that consent.

We do not store card numbers, we do not store your password, and we do not connect to any trading account of yours.

What we use it for

To open and maintain chart access for the right person. To match your payment to its order. To send you payment instructions, activation confirmations and login codes. To keep accounting records as required by law.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information with third parties for advertising.

Login and devices

You log in with a one-time code sent to your registered email; the code is valid for 10 minutes. Each account works on one device at a time — logging in on a new machine signs out the old one.

How your information is kept apart

Our system keeps payment information separate from personal information. The order-processing system sees only an anonymous reference code, not your email or name. The link between the two exists in only one place, which administrators can reach.

Who can see your information

Only LevelQuants administrators, through an admin board behind an access-control layer, and only for the purposes described above.

We use infrastructure providers — for web hosting, access control and sending email — to run the service. These providers process information only on our instructions, may not use it for their own purposes, and may change as our operating needs change.

How long we keep it

The accounting record of each payment — email address, amount, date and order code — is kept for 1 year from the date of the transaction.

Please note: when an account’s chart access is withdrawn, the account is frozen rather than deleted — you can still sign in to renew, and the accounting records of payments already made are kept for the period stated above.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, and withdraw your consent. Some accounting records may have to be kept even after you withdraw consent, where the law requires it.

To change the name, phone number or email on your account, please contact the administrator.
